Bayern take the bundesliga title before Moenchengladbach game.
The squad from Bavaria is the champion of Germany as they saw Leipzig fall in Dortmund transfer.The ninth consecutive title to confirm whats now not anymore a supermacy ,but a dynasty in german football.The two titles won by the Dortmund of Klopp years ago gave the false view of what it could been a new picture, a two side one in Bundesliga.
The chaser this year was RB Leipzig,a new squad in Bundes ,but with courage and discipline arrived in top of german championship and Bundesliga also.Last year they were the third team ,but this year they are improved.Also in Champions they did a good campaign,leaving teams like Manchester United behind in group stage.Maybe the key factor is the coach Julian Nagelsmann,who will train Bayern Munich next year.
Strong point for this championship was Lewandowski’s form .He is after Gerd Muller’s record for goals scored in a single season.It’s not a coicidence that after his injury Bayern was not the same and was kicked out from PSG in Champions League.This season the polish international was crucial for Bayern in all competitions and his goals surely determined the Bayern’s season in Germany.Today’s hattrick leaves him only one goal behind the great Gerd Muller.
Hansi Flick is another factor as he was the assistant coach of Kovach before taking the lead of coaching staff in Munich.He gave Bayern the Grand Slam last season , a unique achievement for a coach.Only former coach of Bayern,Guardiola has done it for Barcelona in the season 2008-2009.The fluent style of play,intensity gave Bayern a new face as they reigned the world of football in a single season.
Bayern have to start next season where they will finish the current one.Not as much in Germany ,but especially in Europe.Nagelsmann will bring his mentality and he has to give 110% each match to be in the Bayern’s actuall level.He is good ,yes he is.That’s why the reason Bayern chose him but it’s a bit difficult to catch a Grand Slam level.First thing to do is to keep the shape of the game.
Players are another problem.With Javi Martinez who left the club and Alaba in his tracks,substitutions must be in the same height.Nagelsmann will take with him for the next season Dayot Ubamecano ,the central defender who will replace Martinez and not only…They also need to find a good partner for Lewandowski.Choupo Moting did well this season but they need another attacker in the squad as Thomas Muller in the only attack supporter and the only player left from the famous squad that won the treble in 2013.They certainly will fight to repeat this success next year.
The new team must be consistent,compact and with an clear identity.It is very important to keep this rhythm.All components are there ,money,tradition and the best of all the behaviour on the field.More titles to come….With this Bayern Munich behaviour these seasons,who knows the sky is the limit.
